about
wildeheart grew from a deep commitment to sacred service — supporting personal healing & the liberation of all beings from suffering, as we remember how to be, become & belong. we’re here to respectfully & ethically support those called to explore plant medicines as a path to healing, self-discovery & deeper connection — to ourselves, each other & spirit.
a trajectory
my story
i have lived so many lives in this one. if there's a through-line, it's about coming back to my true self & innate wholeness. supporting others along a similar trajectory brings me more joy than i can say.
i come from a long line of baptist pastors and missionaries, spending much of my early years as a church musician, fully intending to enter the ministry myself. coming out as queer and embracing a deep wanderlust, i moved to central europe, embracing expat life while wearing many hats — publisher, designer, journalist & entrepreneur.
mid-life found me back in the states working in advertising & big Tech as a ux designer and strategist. a combination of deep unhealed wounding and existential crises led me into the shadowy realms of drug addiction and self-harm. at or near rock bottom, i was fortunate to discover plant medicine, and with a deep immersion in this work, began to find true healing and my true purpose — to be of ministry to others in need of healing.
for the past decade I have deeply studied and apprenticed in the afro-brazilian tradition umbanda, and the bwiti tradition of west africa. A lifelong student of personal development & psychology, i hold certifications in life & transformational coaching & have trained in shamanic practices, alchemy as a tool for transformation, energy work & ritual.
my approach is devotional & animistic in orientation — somatically-aware, trauma-informed, ancestrally-focused, inclusive, consent-focused, and lineage-honoring. i bring my deep love of music, beauty, deep joy & good-humored wisdom to my work, supporting others in finding their own healing & wholeness.
contemplative practice, poetry, qigong, and my dog rufus keep me rooted & resourced. I am a co-signatory of the north star psychedelics ethics pledge. all work aligns with a clear code of ethics.
